Sarmad Adnan received his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University and then moved to Houston to join the Rice University PhD program. After completing his PhD he joined Dowell Schlumberger in 1992 and started working in the research and development center.
At Schlumberger Sarmad worked on a diverse range of new projects ranging from downhole tools to surface electrical and electronic systems for fracturing cementing coiled tubing and wireline.
In 2012 Sarmad left Schlumberger to start his own company.
